After a long hard think, I found a solution!

The problem is that we all are disappointed with how the service is not what we think it should be. IF the name of this site changes from eSnips to eSpam, then everyone would know what the service is all about and there would not be anything to complain about. Simple. Honesty is the best, and you would not need a bunch of kapo-mods to mollify all the complaints since there would be nothing to complain about. A snappy motto like World's crappyist web service would do much to keep people who demand a better service all the headache of even signing on here. Its a cheap fix for unmotivated site owners. Its not that this free site sucks so much as its just that its not what we were lead to believe it was. Its the lie, the being duped that pisses people off.

So be honest and all your complaints will fade away... but don't say you'll do this and that, and then don't. That just annoys people. Step up and admit how crappy you are, and that stated intentions have nothing to do with what the actual plan is, which is to do as little as possible. eSham is another good title.
