Hi

The last to months I have serious problems with my esnip files. I suddenly have double images with my picture files and can not arrange my files anymore. I believe esnips has been corrupted and is over commercialized. I noticed if I do a Google search some of my tags are misused and receive warnings by Google my IP address is performing auto search which is not allowed. The esnips support team does not react on my emails. In the mean time my files are misused by spammers. Have I nice day perhaps download some free ring tones.

I have checked out your folders and I cannot see the problem you describe could you post a link to the file's you mean thank you

The spam issue is being dealt with and will be at least another three to four weeks to resolve

Please go to one of my folders for example: http://www.esnips.com/web/SilvervirtuPricesonrequest

Go to files you will see double pictures (twice the same) by each file. Also I can not arrange my files anymore. The “drag each file to its new position and click the Save Order button when completed” does not work and the files will keep floating around. I would appreciate if this problem is solved and I will be able to upload and arrange new files(pictures) again.

I have been through the folder and all your pictures seem OK can I ask what browser you are using as I do know there has been a bug with the I.E. browser

The spamming issue is being worked on but it will be three to four weeks before it is resolved

if this still continues I will inform technical services on Monday as it is a religious holiday in Israel this weekend

The problems described here are not really 100% esnips related, but a typical javascript error with several browsers you can resolve that, but you have to know what and when.

The double icon of the files is shown with Firefox, not in Explorer. It is however not causing any damage it is only an esthetical thing.

Not being able in rearranging the files in the folders is occuring in Explorer, but with Firefox that works fine.

source? my own experience.
I am using Firefox AND Explorer to fulfill all my wishes...

I am dealing with it but I can imagine that is can be a pain in the Peep for some others.

the most important thing is, in my opinion, to deal with the spammers for good.
