I was quite excited to stumble upon esnips today, and I immediately signed up and downloaded the new Toolbar. The tool bar appeared, but nothing worked, so I downloaded and installed it again. And again.

The orange toolbar is there, but if you e.g. click on Capture, and select Rectangle, or Rounded Rectangle, or whatever, no magic orange T appears so you can't actually select anything. Same goes for Web, Save selected Text etc.

I use Firefox, but I tried it in IE with the same results. In IE the toolbar remains grey, no possibility to use it at all. All my settings are perfectly standard, javascript is enabled.

Has your service been suspended?

No the service is still here but there are a lot of upgrades happening

Did you make sure you're sign in with your esnips account?
If not, you must sign in first using the toolbar.

Yes, I am logged in. The Esnips toolbar is installed, and show up clearly. I can eg. click on Capture Rectangle, but then absolutely nothing happens. No way to select anything....

Any ideas?

I installed the new toolbar has it conflicted with Firefox
