Captcha has been implemented right now you can post on the members profile pages. Using lowercase on the captcha feature seems to work fine.

1st aid solution:

delete browsing history/cache / delete cookies/ reboot modem/restart computer/ browser.

2. check your CAPS lock

Does the problem still persist?
