Whether you call it bullying, abuse or lack of respect towards others but check out my new folder and post in which I've unfolded the truth! Those who understand Hindi/Urdu music and langauge would fully get the context of messages included in my post although this can still be understood by English readers.
Moderators and admin teams on eSnips, what do you reckon what you should be doing about such people who spoil the healthy atmosphere on eSnips by sending foul and offensive private messages to others?
Don't you think we need a 'block the user' and 'report abuse' buttons with every comment and message??
Does someone has any suggestion or say at all?

There is no way moderators can see your private messages, but I will report your issue to esnips admin, who can look into the issue.
We have suggested a "block user" feature, but I shall reiterate this request to admin. My suggestion is that as long as the messages are private, nobody but you can see them. Myself, were I to get a rude message, I would respond and ask that user to not contact me. But... do not make it a private message. I would suggest being as polite as humanly possible. These people want your anger returned. They "get off" on their own little power trip, by getting you to react. If you ignore them, they'll usually go away.
If your problems persist, I'd suggest you private message one of the moderators with the username of the offending party and a copy & paste of the offending post. We can then submit it to admin, who will then consider appropriate action.
It's sad that there are users, who's main purpose in life, is to be a troll. But, they are all over the internet. As I said above... they seek attention with their negativity and get it, when you respond in anger. That is exactly what they want. Sick, right? Well, as much as I'd love to be able to inject a good "downer" into their bloodstream, I can't. But if they are persistant, let us know who they are, and admin can inject that downer... then it's bye-bye troll.

Siterah ... please check your private messages. I sent you one. Let me know if that user continues to harass you.

Thanks Dale for your time taken to look into this issue. I didn't offend the person in question, instead I asked him not to send me any messages or links to his music simply because his tone was offensive and bullying. We share our work here on the site and request others politely to leave their feedbacks but we cant force them to do so. We must respect everyone's privacy. I'm not obliged to leave feedbacks if I don't want to. No one should be allowed to insult others for this reason.
Some people can't digest true and honest feedbacks as they just want to see good comments. I avoid such sickos! This is the reason why I asked him not to send me links as he's rude and ill-mannered and takes on me if I tell him the truth about his weak areas. I'm not any music expert myself but I know many things and I always like to share them with others.
The simple procedure for everyone should be that if you don't like someones comments don't force them to write on your work. Get a life! Live and let live...
I'm in favour of 'Block the user' and 'Report abuse' options. This would be gr8. Hope eSnips can do this as part of their development program. I know many of my friends have suffered at the hands of sickos like this..
Thanks again!

Hi Admin
I second that, I think we should have a Block Feature, there are other Sites out there that already has this available.
