Dear fairybug_Jean,
Do not panick! Yankumi's here and she's going to help you as much as she can. (^o^)
To create a playlist, just clisk on the music file you want to save.
Under the player bar, you'll see several choices possible (download, create widget, etc.)
Among these choices you should find "Add to quicklist".
Just click it.
Then, a new bar will appear on top of the page displaying the title of the file you've chosen.
Click "Save".
You'll then be asked to give a name to your playlist in order to save the file.
You can, of course, save several files in the same playlist.
For this, you just have to chose an existing playlist instead of creating a new one.
You can access your playlist on the homepage of your eSnips account. Click "My playlists" and you'll be able to listened to your favourite music until your ears blow up ;p
I hope that'll help!
Good luck!

i want to add a bit more information
only mp3 files can be used on a playlist , and they have to be in a public folder.
good luck!
