umm Wish (another nice anime but it's kind a little <.<)Ouran Kouko Host club, Loveless, Air (such an great anime, for those who like drama and romance, I recomend it ^^*you will cry at leat in the last 3 episodes* Rozen maides, Jigoku Shojo, Inuyasha ^^(this anime has all kind of stuff in it: romance, fantasy, adventure, quest, comedy *just remebered sth really funny : Inuyasha osuary!*)lol.
Animes still watching *hopes to finish ~.~*: Blood+, Utawarerumono, XXXholic (an anime about wichtcraft...ma wichtcraft is too much said, hmm magic, demons) Code geass.
Anime movies:
-5 centimeters per second: a very awsome anime

, I just fell in love with the graphics, there so gorgeas *o* and the story so sad but still beautifull^^.

I would definately recomend any Studio Ghibli films and ABSOLUTELY Neon Genesis Evangelion. It may mess with your head alot, but its worth it (if only to see Kaworu in action)!! And for a film...Akira is a cult classic so, watch that!

i would recommend:

Sailor Moon - if you like bishoujos, and the poser stuff, but let me point out that i have nothing against this anime series, i actually loved it

Card Captor Sakura - i like the way the romance move in that series

Full Metal Panic - Full of action and comedy

Bleach - nice story line, though there are many characters; if the situation is very serious and starting to get very heavy on the chest, some funny scenes would follow; also the OST are just great

Magic Knight Rayearth, Vision of Escaflowne - if you like those gigantic robots, and legends of some sort

Fushigi Yuugi and Ayashi no Ceres (both by Yuu Watase) - if you like the mushy and ichigo ichi stuff

Ranma 1/2 - if you like the mind boggling question "is he a she, or is she a he?" and this anime series is full of hilarity too

Hana Yori dango - if you like your female anime character sassy

Karin - if you like to laugh your heart out

Tsubasa Chronicles - if you love watching fansubs; liked watching Card Captor Sakura and liked Li Syaoran and Kinomoto Sakura; and you just can't help but watch anime that shows how the male character loves the female character and vice versa then this anime is definitely for you - the series is still ongoing though, both in anime and manga

Trigun - i liked Vash and the funny things he does

for sci-fic & mecha adventure anime fan... try watching Bakuto Sengen Daigunder/ Daigunder

If nobody has suggested this yet I suggest that you watch Clannad. It's a very nice anime. It has no blood and gore but it is enjoyable to watch.

i see no-one has seen Kenko Zenrakei Suieibu Umisho yet....

i found that anime to be quite funny.

I enjoyed KANON 2006, CLANNAD, and AIR TV the most :3

All of the above except bleach. Y? because the storyline (In my view) is too similar to YYH for my own comfort. and this isn't up there, but I reccommend ALL Miyazaki films. They're great movies.

I would recommend "Senkaiden Houshin Engi" in english we called "Soul Hunter", this is the best anime i ever watched.
