With the new owners of eSnips taking control, I'm sure they wish for this site to be it's best. I'll forward this whole link to staff, so they can read for themselves and check each folder.

I'm going to keep a positive attitude and say that I'm sure eSnips will get on this issue. I do continue to see similar results as I scan photos every day.

Try to be patient. I got an email from eSnips new business manager today and some things are going to change, but they all take time.

Hi - I've only just joined esnips and I can't upload my profile photo nor can I create new folders (just get 'failed to create folder' message).
