just thought of conveying my views to u you,
The Looks are really good but when i upload any file via Email. it does not feature immediately. i have noticed that it takes almost one day to feature. my only concern is that i have to keep that file till i see it in Esnips. since i get doubtful where it will come in enips or not.. so i think its a tedious job. earlier there was no problems, it used to reach enips almost with seconds but now a days its pathetic. i have to keep all the files till get to see it in my esnips. downloading the file and then uploading it to esnips is egain a duplication of work. can you all do something about.

Hi just wondered why you email and not use the upload button on the tool bar for me it literally does take seconds

I'm guessing you're talking about files reaching the New Files pages on the community pages?
There was a delay a few times these past weeks, which has nothing to do with the new design - just upload delays.

It isnt something that should happen regularly.

You are almost correct in identifying the problem.
i am talking about the files which i upload to my Esnips account Folders from my Email Account.. earlier it use to upload in fractions of seconds but now a days its takes almost one day. last time it took 2 days. thats the only concern i have. Rest is all well with Esnips which has made my life easy. its just awesome.
I am sure you and ur team would rectify the problem very soon as always

ok....just to make sure you have all the info needed - 10 mb is the limit per email upload.
assuming the file size is 10 mb, the upload via email is pretty slow....

can you tell us what size file are you trying to upload? and it does eventually get to your folder?
