Please, I want to delete the Esnips toolbar that I have on my Internet and I also want to delete all the download folders that I have got on my computer and I want to delete my account. It is making me Internet very slow.

helena, you may uninstall the toolbar through "Add/remove programs" option in the control panel of Windows (i presume you are using windows operating system). The toolbar will be removed from your system. And the software will no longer affect your connectivity
