is any one else having trouble making a new folder or is it just me?
Please HELP!!!

I think you will have to give us a bit more information first on the problem

Esnips goes through little glitches, from time to time, as they work out each little bug, from changes made. Most forums will have glitches of one kind or another, periodically.

I'm first to admit that esnips is growing really fast and they are making changes almost daily. Along with those changes, comes the unforseen bug, sometimes.

Is your problem still going on? No folder making ability? If you need more help, let us know and one of us can walk it through with ya and see if we can figure it all out. If it's a continuous problem, then the esnips engineers need to become aware of it and this is one of the places to let us know.

OK so I've tryed again...
I fill in all the parts :
Title,
folder public,
description,
then save file.......and it comes up saying "file failed to save" but with no explaniation as to why.

HELP......?

Yes I now see your problem and I will report it to tech support but try this in the mean time create your folder for a group when you have done that look at the border to the right and click on share with the world follow instructions and save and let me know what happens

sorry I hoped that would work it did for me
another way may be when you up load a file it gives you an option to make a folder you could try that

I am unable to save a folder also. I have done the same things, filled in all the blanks, and it comes up that "folder failed to save" I am also unable to do a screen capture. I've even uninstalled the entire esnips program and re installed it all in hopes that things would work, but they do not.

Just now I created a public test folder to see what happens and everything worked fine, the test folder is still in my profile.

One suggestion I would like to give: don't download and install the eSnips toolbar. Something's not working properly when you miss some dll's in combination with the browser you are using I have heard this more often.

When I upload something I always use the upload option in the front/homepage of my account. That works fine.

In the meantime esnips is currently undergoing upgrades and this will cause a temporary bandwidth issue, if it does not work or save correctly than that is the cause.

You could try this: delete your browsing history/cookies and restart your browser.
Please try again to create a new folder and see what happens and please keep me posted.
