I'm waiting for the Vista versin of Digital Media Converter Pro.Cause I contacted with the product support service, and got a reply that the newest version will be released this month.
It can be installed in Vista OS and supports all iTunes protected files.
That's a really powerful converter almost meet all my needs.

Daninusoft Media Converter Pro which can remove iTunes DRM with its newest version (2.1.3.0). The reason I list it here is the newest version has modified its two major disadvantages compare with the former one:

1. Be compatible with Vista OS.
2. Supports all iTunes DRM files.

And with its other advantages:
1. High conversion speed.
2. Supports many other popular standard video and audio files.
3. Friendly-use interface.

It could be a good choice for DRM remove and Media conversion.

prefer to use powerful Melodycan Ultra Video converter. This software converts avi (Windows Video), WMV (Windows Media Video) and m4v, mov, aac, ra, aa, mp4, snd, aif, m4p, rax, wav, ogg etc.

MelodyCan can also convert video files of any kinds to commonly used iPod MPEG4 files (MP4) and DivX files (AVI, DIVX) for playback at home video devices. With MelodyCan you are not bound to your PC anymore and can play your movies on almost any device you have. MelodyCan can convert protected Windows Media Video (WMV) files to regular MPEG4 files (mp4) for iPod devices or convert WMV to DivX format for home DVD/DivX players. MelodyCan also can convert protected iTunes video files (M4V) to MPEG4 or DivX.

Also this is an universal audio file converter, which supports all popular audio formats: wav, mp3 (MPEG Layer-3), wma (Windows Media Audio) etc. This software allowas you to convert drm protected and non-protected file formats. I have to say the DRM music conversion speed is higher in XP than Vista after I change my OS, and I got the reason after contacting their support, for they are using different technology to remove DRM in XP and Vista, the speed is a bit slower in Vista.

And anyway it's a nice program, I can use it for almost all my media conversion.

Yeah, One of the technology is "Hook" which can remove DRM in fast speed and high quality but only can realized in XP system.

Another one is "re-record" which can realized in all windows OS, but the conversion time is equal to the playing time, so it would be a little longer.
