Esnips is slowly getting around to sorting out the various problems and so I am told have major new developments in mind so stick with it they say it going to take us to one of the top sites on the web

Sir, Is it possible to change my account name, why i need this, when i started my esnips two years back, i gave my email id as my user name ie
philip707@bluebottle.com, but now the email service provider withdraw their service, now i am using new email id ie philip707@gmail.com.
How ever i could not change my esnips account user name from philip707@bluebottle.com to philip707@gmail.com.
If i could not change my account name is it possible to open a new account in the name of philip707@gmail and transfer all the files from philip707@bluebottle.com. I need something should be done, because few days back i could not log in to my esnips account philip707@bluebottle.com, saying worng email id. 3days i could not login to my account. But today i could able to access this account but i want to change my user name philip707@bluebottle.com since no email account in this name now

HELP PLEASE

Just open a new account there are no limits on how many accounts you have

In section "Terms of Use" says:
"14. Termination and Cancellation:
You may cancel Your use of the Services and/or terminate these Terms with or without cause at any time by providing notice to eSnips. This notice must be given by mailing a termination notice titled “eSnips agreement termination” to eSnips support team at support@esnips.com. You must mention in such e-mail your e-mail address and the password of your account. A terminated account may continue to exist for up to 14 business days from receipt of notice before such cancellation takes effect.
eSnips may at any time and for any reason terminate or suspend the Site and/or the Services, terminate these Terms, suspend or terminate Your account or take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Site. In the event of termination or suspension, Your account will be disabled and You may not be granted access to Your account or any content contained in it, although residual copies of such content may remain in our system.

Sections ‎4, ‎5, ‎9, ‎10, ‎11, ‎14, ‎15 and ‎17 of these Terms as well as any rights, obligations and duties which by their nature extend beyond the expiration or termination of these Terms ought to survive any expiration or termination of these Terms."
