Hi, glad to meet you guys
Here, I wanna talk about some softwares that can remove DRM and convert DRM. DRM stands for digital rights management. It claims to protect digital media from piracy. However, DRM does nothing to stop copyright pirates. The main purpose of DRM is financial. It prevents lawful user from making back up of purchased music and enjoying music on third-party players. It may also cause some security issues, because DRM controls your computer, automatically connects to Internet.
I prefer to remove DRM from my purchased music so I can enjoy my music without estrictions. Here are some softwares that can help you remove DRM and convert DRM.
Digital Media Converte
I’m using this application to convert DRM files now. It can perform all types of conversion including video to video, video to audio, and audio to audio. It is the only program I have tried that can remove DRM without recording and the conversion speed is pretty good. Recommend.
Tunebite
I used to use Tunebite before I found Digital Media Converter. Supporting many formats is its advantage. Its disadvantage is it can only remove DRM by recording, so the conversion speed is slow and I can’t do anything else on my computer during the conversion process.
SoundTaxi
Another software that uses the recording method. I think there is a bug in SoundTaxi. It starts converting even though the convert button is not clicked.
NoteBurner
NoteBurner acts as a virtual CD burner. It adds an icon to the system tray and can only be used within a player.
In summary, SoundTaxi and Tunebite work by recording while Digital Music Converter directly converts. The results of this difference are Digital Music Converter needs less time to finish converting and you can perform other tasks when using it. Tunebite and Digital Music Converter both support many formats, however, Tunebite needs lame_enc.dll to support mp3 or it can't work with mp3.
Ok, it’s done.( maybe it’s too short, I’m sorry I didn’t have much time to modify or perfect it which only could make you get a simple image of them . For personal opinion, I like Digital Music Converter a bit more. But whatever, hope you can have much more fun with them.

So many good software to remove DRM.
I prefer to use Digital Media Converter which could remove DRM and convert many popular music and video files(WMV, WMA, M4V, WAV, MP3, etc.) in a good quality.

OK. I don't like DRM at all, it's so frustrating when can't do what you want with the music you bought from internet, like transfer and share it with my friends or convert it to other formats which can be played by other devices. And it's not easy to find a good converter to help me with those problem.
I'm gonna have a try the Digital Media Converter.
Thx so much....

The best converter for DRM-protected music/video is TuneCab. It uses unique technology which gives a capability to convert any kind of protected and unprotected data to regular audio and video formats which can be played on dozens of compatible devices.

The Media Converter doesn't support Vista for the moment, but as I know this WMA to MP3 converter can convert the drm music files for
Vista, you can free download to have a try.
