Esnips has installed and will be fine tuning a new media player that will work better with more browsers that folks have reported using.... such as Firefox.

Please let us know if you are having problems, what they ARE and what browser you are using.

There is a sticky thread under KARAOKE. PLEASE REPORT PROBLEMS THERE!!

THANK YOU!!

Interesting. I seem to be able to find ways to download anything I want from here or any other site on the net. All one needs do is explore your options for capturing sounds.

Plus, you can always.... always... message the person and ask them to go into "edit details" of each file and check the "enable download" box.

Have a nice day!

i'd prefer ease of downloading over compatibility. If it dosen't work, go somewhere else. You're probably not wanted anyway.

Unlike some of those posting, I really like eSnips and the way the have set things up. I find everything incredibly eash to use. I only have one issue and that is with the mp3 player. When a select some of my song to listen to, the music plays back at around 2 to 3 semi-tones lower than what was recorded and uploaded. This only happens to certain songs and it appears to be without an logic. Case in point is my song "Young and Beautiful" by Elvis. I have upload this 3 times and it always plays lower than recorded. This really hurts my vanity. I put a lot of effort into these songs and hate it when then don't play back properly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My final word is Thank You eSnips for providing this service.

When you convert your songs to mp3 what is your settings?

When playing back files in flash, i strongly suggest using a constant bitrate when converting to mp3. Use 192kbps and 44.1kHz, that should be fine.

If this don't work, try playing back your file with other mp3 players you have locally on your computer, is the file played back properly or not?

The reason for asking about the last thing, is there might be a glitch in your mp3 converter. As always, you just have to try and seek out the error. Other posts I have read about variable speed or even the famous chipmunk effect, is due to the way the file is coded...

I always playback the files after I convert from wav to mp3. I will try the higher bit setting. I'm currently using 128 bit. Thanks!

Let me know how it turns out, if it works or not.
