"suspected copyright" -- help  XML

hey everyone i hope you could help me with this:

im trying to upload a cover i recorded for metallica but esnips are not allowing me, after upload it says "suspected copyright" and doesnt add the file i've just uploaded to my folder.

and now when i checked.. i cant upload any file to my public folder(it works uploading to my private >_> but doesnt help)
i sent 2 emails to esnips asking them why its not working but they're not replying.

anyone knows wth is goin on?

Up load to your private folder and the move it to a public folder if you get file no longer available post a link and I will contact esnips and ask them to have a look

Just wondering...Is uploading a cover song from a band (with all the instruments recorded by me) and sharing it (allowing downloads) illegal? Because I was having the problem with the "suspected copyright" too!

Taking my best guess on this if you are using the same music and lyrics from some one else piece I would say technically you would be infringing copyright but don't take my word for it try looking it up under copyright there is a whole boat load of references to it on the web
