Foo Fighters and Nirvana are a staple to any list, IMO... You can check out Paramore or Hole if you like chick singers... mmm...Lostprophets, Our Lady Peace and Guns n' Roses are pretty awesome, too. I've heard a bit from Stone Temple Pilots and so far they sound good.
