I copied & pasted this (private) comment I received this morning from Tdude7 so you can all see the On going abuse this person is giving me. Actually it doesn't even bother me... I take it as a jealous wannabe singer that craves attention anyway they can get it. I would very much appreciate it if something could be done bout this clown, perhaps banning them from using the esnips site would be a great thing for all of us

You have probably realized that there are some mean spirited people on esnips. I would not engage with this individual by calling him names on his profile. You are only begging for a words war. Ruben is a moderator on this website so give him a private message to see if he can help with this nonsense.

Hi Chris, The comment I left On their profile that you saw was from bout 3 weeks ago when they initially attacked me... it was my 1st reaction. This time I just ignored the comment they left and reported it here as well as reporting the abuse to the esnips staff, now whether they do something bout it is left to be discovered. I do hope Ruben reads this post soon in hopes maybe he can resolve this issue sooner than later. I can't imagine goin' through life being so mean spirited... oh well better them than me.

Ya know... I have gotten my share of the same thing and I usually leave them a link to the backing track of their favorite song that I "Destroyed" and kindly ask them to give it a try.
Singing takes work but is fun...
Of Course... They MUST be better otherwise they wouldn't have been sooooo critical of my version...

Oh I know all about this kind of S*it. I had one fellow berate me by saying that I should stop singing forever. Didn't make me feel very good either. I strive to be a positive force on esnips and I too can get hurt. We as singers are sharing a very private part of our souls to others and no one likes to be insulted.

I personally don't offer comments if I didn't like the song choice or the way a person sang it. Unless someone wants an honest critique then I do it in private and always offer something constructive to help them improve. These people who like to say mean stuff can't even tell you why they didn't like the song.

Hello you guys I find this out rages and despise this sort of abuse I had some one in the poetry community who would constantly and in objectionable language berate new and old poets but I had to draw the line at nine year old being told to shoot themselves has it would make poverty a better place .

You are being "baited" and "trolled". If you search the net, Google, for one, you'll find many definitions to IDIOTS that go around to forums and/or user profiles trying to elicit a response from you.

These kind of perverts are here ONLY to cause trouble and insult people. They, somehow, get their "jollies" by being a fool. In this case, an insulting fool.

That's what they want you to do. They get huge amounts of gratification and POWER when you take emotional offense at their comments.

Trolls and baiters are IN ALMOST EVERY POPULAR FORUM and esnips is not immune from allowing fools to join.

This issue has been reported to admin and that user account will most likely be deleted. BUT... beware... they'll probably be back, with a new ID. Eventually, like some others, their IP is logged and the whole route can be tracked. Eventually we can be rid of them for good.

My suggestion again.... DO NOT REPLY ANYMORE. JUST DELETE AND GO YOUR MERRY WAY.

Hi Dale, I appreciate your assistance in this matter & I must agree with all that you said, you are absolutely correct... I should have just ignored the initial attack & went On my merry way but it didn't happen that way. I did learn something from this, not to indulge people On the internet cause that only leads to more attacks. As I had mentioned, I went with my 1st reaction, which now I realize is not the proper or sensible way to handle things. Once again, thank-you everyone for your help, advice & kind words, you have touched my heart!

I too... agree with what Dale said...
Just ignore the trolls trying to get under your skin and go on your merry way. They feed off trying to get a rise out of people because they have absolutely NO LIFE and they prove just how unhappy they are with themselves.
Keep doing your thing sweets and keep that cool attitude ya got...

Flippy... I know how hard it is to not respond emotionally, when someone attacks you for whatever reason. People can be so cruel to each other.

I hope you took the message above, realizing that it was meant for everyone.

I learned, strongly about trolls, on Yahoo Chat Messenger. Man... those guys not only insult, but can do damage to your machine, with instant messages. I avoid that messenger, like it's the plague.

Hopefully things will get better for you. I checked out that person's profile and found that he's in my photo community. Haven't heard from esnips as to any decision about this, but if things stop, then our purpose is served.

ok yes it makes sense to ignore and delete any arsehole but what these knights dont tell ya is that if anyone wants to abuse ya they can even when banned still find a way into the site and carry it on....

my words of wisdom for ya....tell em to FECK OFF get a life and go pull their 2 incher they might just enjoy it if your singing is hurting their ears!
