If you have problems with eSnips Flash Player.
Try this:

1. Download FireFox 3
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/internet_utilities/mozillafirefox.html

2. Install app.

3. Open eSnips wedsite from the Firefox web browser.

It works well for me. Good luck.
