NO MATTER WHAT I DO, I JUST CAN'T GET MY SONGS PLAYING. WHAT IS THIS KIND OF S............................

FIRST I GET A MESSAGE ''SUSPECTED COPYRIGHT'' - WELL THERE'S NOTHING WITH COPYRIGT ON THIS SONG, I DID EVERYTHING MYSELF, THE SINGING, THE BACKING VOCALS AND THE BT TOO.

THEN, WHEN AFTER SEVERAL TIMES OF FAILURES, I CAN UPLOAD THE SONG, IT WON'T PLAY. NOT WHEN I UPLOAD IT TO A PRIVATE FOLDER, NOT WHEN I UPLOAD IT TO A PUBLIC FOLDER.

THINK THERE'S NOTHING ELSE LEFT FOR ME THEN TO START LOOKING FOR ANOTHER MUSIC SITE THAT'S MORE KIND TO IT'S USERS. I HAVE RUN OUT OF PATIENCE.

IF ANYONE KNOWS A GOOD SITE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

They are showing 0mb on the files I have past them on to Tech support it looks like the return of the upload glitch they thought they had fixed please leave the files till they have analysed them .

i know you are not to blame but it's such a pity. esnips was a wonderful site, but now you see people not listening or posting new songs anymore.
think i tried long enough now. it's such a waste of time and really is frustrating me. also went to some other songs to listen and some don't play or are not available anymore, so there's nothing solved.

Well Alie,

Your not alone, I spent more time on uploading and trying to get things played then recording. Now there is also a sample issue and files are sounding then like a old tape which plays to slow then to fast. They are acting if we are here for selling records and forgetting it is all about the fun and the apriciating to eachother for what we do! I think that they have to make it a closed organisation, where you must be a member of before you can listen, or so!!! Maybe thats a solution for all that sh...... overhere the last year!

i have the same problem for 2 weeks now.. uploads won't play?

Yes me too, that is why I have gone to box.net as an alternative. I wish we could put our own players into our descriptions then people would easily figure out how to play songs.

I found something strange tonight, concerning files not playing. I went to check on my last upload to my karaoke file after receiving a nice comment from Alie and it wasn't playing. So, I went to report it to the staff, and when I opened another window to get the link, IT WAS PLAYING. But on the other window, it wasn't. Just sat there, still.

I've reported THIS, as well, to staff. I don't have a clue how it could mean much, but hey.. if it helps at ALL, to get the issue fixed, then more the better.

And Alie... thanks again, for your wonderful compliment on Teddy Bear.

I too am having problems with my stuff.
Quite frankly... I'm not sure what to add... that Dale and Ian haven't already mentioned.
I'm getting PM after PM about the issues and I can hardly keep up...

i am now getting the impression that keeping songs posted so that the technical staff can take a look at it, doesn't work either.

it's been two days since i have been asked to send a link, so i did. heared nothing. it seems i am ignored.
WHY DON'T THEY DO ANYTHING!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

tried to upload three other songs to my private folder, uploading works, but when i go there none of the songs will play.

I sent an email to my immediate support tech AND to the new manager, with the company that bought the site. Among my reports I also told them that we need tech support 7 days a week. I don't know if it'll do any good, but I haven't been to the moderator forum yet. I check in here first, to offer what little support I am able.... like the rest of the mods.

We are ALL frustrated and hoping that the negative turns positive for all of us... and soon.

i think the problem with porn on the ''comments'' site is now solved, and perhaps i will try to upload a song again later today.

uploading problem is still here. yesterday i could upload a song, and wooowie, i waslucky, it plays.
THIS AFTERNOON I HAD UPLOADED A SONG, THAT STOPPED PLAYING AFTER 5 VIEWS. TRIED TO UPLOAD IT AGAIN. SEVERAL TIMES IT SIMPLY DOESN'T PLAY (ANYWAY NOT TILL THE END).

I did record some nice christmas songs - maybe esnips will let me post them and let them play by the time it is eastern!!!!!!

THINK IT'S ABOUT TIME TO LEAVE NOW. I DON'T WANT TO BE FRUSTRATED BY THE OWNERS OF A SITE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR MEMBERS.
