Hi, I am not new to esnips and know how to work with the site, I am currently having problems in creating new folders... the page states that it failed to create the folder, also have been trying to upload photos, they upload but you can't see the image, what's going on! Is there anyone else having these problems?

Check to see if everything is working as it should now. There has been some system upgrades, and I'm told it should work ok now....

hi, I'm not the troubleshooter and have troubles too. Also with creating new post, e.g., states that there is no space on device. I'm now a trouble-troubadour

I can't upload photos. Rather, I uploaded photos, saw them all, then they disappeared. Now, when I click on upload actions

http://www.esnips.com/UploadAction.ns

There is nowhere to click to upload photos at all.

The folder I am trying to upload to public:

http://www.esnips.com/web/DCSchneiderMusic

Please give me a hint as to what to do!

yesterday I uploaded some photos in a public folder and that worked fine.
Also I created a test folder this morning.

Probably due to upgrades and major spam blocking/deletion by the staff
there was a temporary bandwidth issue.

Here is what you can do:

delete your browsing history/cookies and restart your browser.
Then,
could you please try again, just upload one photo and see what happens?

keep in touch,

Miss P.

When I get to the page "http://www.esnips.com/UploadAction.ns" there is still nowhere to click to upload photos to my file shown "DCSchneiderMusic (Public)"

right under that box is the "Publish items on Twitter" thing and nothing else showing how to upload.

Hello David,

thanks for contacting again but I am really sorry that
you still are facing a problem.

I wish to determine exactly what is missing on your screen, so that
I can pass this on to admin to solve the problem,
and I will ask you therefore for 2 things:

Question 1.
could you please copy and paste the information on your screen
given when you visit this page:

http://www.esnips.com/who.jsp

This is to determine which server you are connected with to retrieve
any possible future connection failures.

Question 2.
I'll guide you through the steps to upload a file as is needed and
I will ask you to confirm exactly which option is missing at your place.

step 1. Click upon the yellow charactered "Upload" option
at the top of your esnips homepage

step 2. you'll see this text: "Upload files from your computer
You can upload up to 100MB at a time (ZIP/RAR files are limited to 50 MB).
For speedy uploading and other cool features use the free eSnips Toolbar."

step 3. Upload file(s) to this folder: (now exactly here should be visible a box,
the option Private folders is given first; when you click on the black arrow on the right you'll
scroll down and there you'll see any other shared folders/public folders in it, this
is how it should work, you maybe have to select your folder you wish to upload to MANUALLY)

followed by an arrow and the text: "or create a new folder "

step 4. then you'll see this text:

"Click Browse to select a file from your computer
(shows box, you need to browse your computer to select the file you wish
to upload)"

step 5. and then
you'll see a little box with "Publish items on Twitter"

.
Now, can you please confirm to me, that your problem is, that in your screen

"step 3" the option to select your folder is missing?

thanks in advance for your cooperation ,
Miss P.

Thanks Miss P, for stopping in and offering such a nicely detailed description for uploading.

I missed coming in last night, due to extreme tiredness. I'm almost glad that Fall is rapidly turning into winter, here. I should have much more time inside, to do what I need to, to fulfill all my various obligations and on several sites that I've tons of stuff to upload, myself.

I'll try to keep an eye on this situation and see where it goes.

One other suggestion for the last poster having problems uploading. Try to download the esnips toolbar. You can upload via email or by using the desktop toolbar.
