It's time that the community voted for new moderators.

The moderator candidates should be able to spend at least 17 - 30 hours a week working with the community.

The moderators should have a good understanding of langauges.

The moderators should be able to present a clear/concise plan of what they are attempting to achieve.

They should have in place the function/options to calibrate/authorise material immeadiatley to the chart/dl.

They should be able to show copies of emails and communication with the website programmers.

They should be available to enter into an online / live debate.

They should be able to respond to the community issues within 12 hours!

They should be democratically elected through an independant poll and should always remain impartial.

It's also important that they decalre that they are not earning any monies.

unfortunatley the pig took the bacon! voting has begun. It's a shame that the end users don't understand english and more so the current moderators steel clients ideas and make money from them. Thousands of pounds/euro's from the end users.
